1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, of its subsidiaries, of other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion may not enter.
2. Purchase and internet access are required.
3. Maximum one entry per person per week. Maximum one instant win prize per person. Maximum one entry per unique code.
4. Promotion Period: Participate between 00:01 on 3 July 2025 and 23:59 on 14 August 2025.
5. To participate: During the Promotion Period, purchase any promotional 50cl bottle of Tequila Rose at a participating Tesco, OR buy a single serve of Tequila Rose in a participating on-trade venue. Also during the Promotion Period, scan the QR code on pack or access tequilarose-bringtheglam.co.uk and complete the entry form with your name, email address and 8-digit unique code found inside the neck collar (50cl bottle) or the shot cup (single serve). One unique code is printed on each promotional neck collar or shot cup (“Promotional Pack”). You will instantly find out if you have won an instant win prize and, if so, what you have won. You will also be entered into the prize draw.

6. Only Promotional Packs have a unique code printed on the inside of the neck collar or cup. The Promotional Packs are subject to availability across all Tesco stores (including online) and participating on trade venues only. Participating venues are as listed:

7. Each unique code may only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once, use codes from non-promotional packs, or the use of any codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such entries will be declared void.
8. Prize Draw Prize: One winner will win a glamping prize. Prize consists of 3 nights’ at a glamping site in winner’s choice of 3 locations within the United Kingdom for ten adults. One three-hour DJ set, one BBQ evening No transport allowance or meals are included. Trip must be booked and taken within one year of confirmation of the win and may not be taken over bank holidays in England. Winners and guests must be over the age of 18. For additional prize details see clause 18.

9. Instant Win Prizes: There are 110 instant win prizes. Two instant win prizes have been allocated to each day of the Promotion Period. The instant win prizes are as follows:

   1. 10 x festival essentials kits comprising pink hunter wellies (winner selection of size), white Yeti cooler with Tequila Rose branding, 50cl bottle of Tequila Rose, Tequila Rose bum bag, 6 x shot cups;
   2. 100 x Tequila Rose bum-bags.
10. The Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.
11. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

13. Prize Draw winner selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the prize draw. The prize draw will be conducted under the supervision of an independent body within five working days of the end of the Promotion Period. There will be two reserve winners selected as well as the one winner.
14. Prize draw winner notification: The provisional Prize Draw winner will be notified by email to the contact details associated with the winning entry within five working days of the winner selection. The provisional winner must respond within 10 working days of the date of first notification, confirming compliance with these terms and conditions and eligibility. Failure to comply with this timeframe, or failure to provide evidence of compliance with these terms and conditions will result in the provisional winner being disqualified and a reserve will be contacted in the same manner and with the same timeframe and verification requirements. If after approaching two reserves, the Promoter has failed to allocate the prize, the Promoter shall not be obliged to select any additional reserves and shall be entitled to withdraw the prize and allocate it as the Promoter sees fit. The Promoter’s agent will verify the winners and their contact details will be passed to the Promoter’s prize fulfilment agency to arrange the fulfilment of the prize.
15. Instant Win winner selection: Instant Win Prize winners will be determined using a winning moments mechanic (days, hours, minutes, seconds) with 110 winning moments set during the Promotion Period with two set during each calendar day of the Promotion Period. Each winning moment will have one of the Instant Win Prizes allocated to it. The winning moments have been randomly selected before the start of the Promotion Period. Entrants who submit a valid entry on or first after one of the winning moments will win the Instant Win Prize associated with that winning moment (unless that entrant has already won an Instant Win Prize). If no entry is received between one winning moment and the next (or if the entrant who would have won has already won an Instant Win Prize), the Instant Win Prize from that winning moment will be deferred such that the next entrant who is eligible to win an Instant Win Prize, triggers an additional winning moment at the time of their entry and wins the deferred Instant Win Prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are an Instant Win Prize winner.
16. Instant Win winner notification: Winners will be notified onscreen immediately upon entering whether they have won, and what they have won. Winners will also receive an email to the email account associated with the winning entry within 5 working days of their win, confirming their win. The provisional winner must respond within 10 working days of the date of first notification, confirming compliance with these terms and conditions and eligibility, and providing a delivery address within the United Kingdom. Failure to comply with this timeframe, or failure to provide evidence of compliance with these terms and conditions will result in the provisional winner being disqualified and the prize will lapse. Prize delivery will be fulfilled 28 working days from the day address is confirmed.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify each winner including asking for proof of age (photographic identification). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that a claimant has breached these Terms and Conditions, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements.

18. Further Prize details:

    1. Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;
    2. Main Prize: Winner and guests must be over 18 years of age at time of prize event;
    3. If the winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation will be provided; and
    4. All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the winner.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.
20. Privacy: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion, the auditing of the entries and the contacting of provisional winner(s) where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent or unless you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. If you are a winner we may supply your personal details to our third party fulfilment provider in order that they can deliver the prize. With the exception of winner details set out in clause 22, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. Your personal data as supplied during this promotion will be deleted not more than 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period (so deletion will be by or on 14 November 2025). You can request access to your personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending an email to [email protected] with “rectify or deletion of personal data” in the email header. 21. Privacy – winner details: The name and region of each of the ten winners will be available by sending an email to [email protected] with “Tequila Rose festival winner” in the subject header to arrive between 20 September and 20 October 2025. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by advising the promoter when accepting their prize. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
22. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry site. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter is not liable for any non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information by any winner.
23. The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services.
24. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the running of the Promotion or to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion, with no liability to entrants or third parties.
25. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing an affected obligation. In exceptional circumstances including those described here, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion and to invalidate any affected entries.
26. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for or liable to compensate the entrant, or accept any liability for any personal loss or injury occurring whilst participating in the promotion.
27. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry site. Entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
28. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
29. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
30. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
31. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
